Dynamical systems over Galois fields and DEDS control problems

The authors previously (1989) introduced a polynomial dynamical system over finite fields as a tool for carrying out proofs on correctness of synchronizations in hybrid dynamical systems that can be specified with the SIGNAL language. It was also shown that these dynamical systems are equivalent to controlled automata used for discrete event dynamical systems modeling. The authors address further control problems, which are illustrated by simple examples. The authors demonstrate the usefulness of classical control theory concepts for the class of dynamical systems over Galois fields.<<ETX>>
