The invention discloses a man-machine interaction system of an electric transmission line patrolling simulation system. The man-machine interaction system comprises a screen, a projector, a human body action recognition instrument, a visual angle orientator, a walking belt and a displacement sensor, wherein the projector is used for projecting the three-dimensional patrolling route and scene of an electric transmission line onto the screen; the human body action recognition instrument is used for catching body and arm information of a student; the visual angle orientator is used for collecting the head rotation movement and up-and-down movement information of the student and positioning the head position of the student; the walking belt is used for free walking of the student; the displacement sensor is used for collecting the rolling speed and direction of the walking belt and thus acquiring the walking speed and direction of the student; the signal output ends of the human body action recognition instrument, the visual angle orientator and the displacement sensor are connected with a man-machine interaction module of the electric transmission line patrolling simulation system; the signal input end of the projector is connected with the electric transmission line three-dimensional patrolling route and scene picture signal output end of the electric transmission line patrolling simulation system. The man-machine interaction system and the man-machine interaction method can be used for improving the interactivity and simulation property of man-machine interaction.
