스크롤 압축기의 열응력 해석

In this work, the deformations of the orbiting scroll under the various loading conditions are analyzed. Also, the stress analysis are performed by using the general purpose finite element code ABAQUS. The deformation analyses with disk and without disk are carried out and the main loading conditions that have a great influence on the deformation are investigated. Next, to obtain the relative radial gap between fixed scroll and orbiting scroll, the former is assumed to have the same boundary condition and geometry as the latter. Finally, for the purpose of investigating dynamic stability, eigen-analysis are performed for the two boundary conditions.
