Implementation of B Code synchronization on FPGA for test & control system

In Test Control systems,it is necessary to provide a uniform accurate time standard for each subsystem for precise measurement and controlling.IRIG-B code is an international common synchronizing time code for Range Test.In This paper,a FPGA based IRIG-B synchronous decoding solution is presented.The proposed method has been applied in a Test Control system with its accuracy of microsecond.The implemented project showed that this solution can meet the requirements of time accuracy for the most domestic Test Control systems at the current stage.
