The study of magnetoacoustic tomography with magnetic induction through vector source reconstruction based on real model of breast

Magnetoacoustic tomography with magnetic induction(MAT-MI) is a new type technology for imaging the distribution of electrical impedance in biological tissue. It combines the electrical impedance tomography with the sonography. Organism has a complex structure, so it has important significance and practical value that the study of MAT-MI based on real model. We analyzed the principles of coupling problem of MAT-MI, reconstruct the real model of breast and study the forward problem of MAT-MI based on real model of breast. The results showed that compared with the ideal model of two-layer concentric spheres, the real model's eddy current density distribution and the amplitude of the sound source are changed greatly. Calculation methods in the paper is applicable to solve the forward problem of MAT-MI based on real model, and it has a high accuracy.
