Reliability Prediction of a System Software Based on NHPP Model

The reliability prediction methods for a system software with two NHPP growth models were discussed.The matematic analysabal equations for the two NHPP models were presented,and the relationship between them was explained.Based on the initial prediction of the program capacity of a system test control software,the predicted values of model parameters were calculated with the two NHPP models,and the reliability level and test time needed for the software were predicted.
