An intelligent FFT analyzer with harmonic interference effect correction and uncertainty evaluation

This paper discusses the problem of correcting the effects of harmonic interference on fast Fourier transform (FFT) results. A procedure to evaluate and correct these effects is proposed and implemented on an intelligent FFT analyzer, which is also capable of indicating result uncertainties.
