The power loss in seiatsu molding line hydraulic drive is comparatively large,for the reason of energy-saving,the corresponding countermeasures has been given.The control ideas about online monitoring and regulating has been proposed:with the use of pressure and flow testing,ensuring the stability of the hydraulic drive;and with the power in actuators,real-time regulating the pumping power and saving the energy.The analysis showed that the system stability can been ensured by online monitoring,has some promotional value in power energy-saving.
