Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia With Pre-B-CelI Characteristics

Blast cells from 6 of 50 patients with acute are probably related to early B-cell precurlymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) displayed sors (pre-B cells). In 4 of 6 cases the intracytoplasmic g chains in the absence of disease had a tumoral presentation; the detectable light chains and surface immuprognostic significance of this new subnoglobulins. These cells also expressed Iagroup. which accounts for 20% of patients like and common ALL antigens. Terminal with non-T non-B ALL. remains to be deoxynucleotidyltransferase was detectestablished. able in 2 of 5 cases tested. These blast cells
