Cloud computing decision-making using a fuzzy AHP approach

Du fait d’un nombre de plus en plus important d’utilisateurs de services de cloud, la question cruciale qui se pose est celle d’une selection appropriee d’un fournisseur cloud qui reponde aux strategies commerciales et aux objectifs de l’entreprise. L’une des preoccupations des utilisateurs reside dans le manque de travaux de recherche portant sur l’analyse de l’interdependance des criteres de decision. Dans cette etude, nous abordons cette lacune essentielle en developpant un modele de recherche integre qui combine la theorie de la logique floue et le processus d’analyse hierarchique. Le modele developpe a ete utilise pour evaluer globalement les fournisseurs de cloud PaaS et IaaS, sur la base de criteres predetermines. Les resultats de la simulation ont indique une correlation entre les criteres de decision et les performances des fournisseurs de cloud, qui varient considerablement.
