Actuator fault diagnosis and isolation in vehicle active suspension system

In this paper actuator fault diagnosis problem in active vehicle suspension system is investigated. Full car model is used in the study. A fault diagnosis approach based on Unknown input observer (UIO) is used for detection of actuator faults. A bank of observers is used to design a fault isolation scheme for actuator faults.
