Research and Analysis on the International Market of the Domestic Electronic Commerce -- Taking Alibaba as an Example

With the development of global economy, the new trade mode of electronic commerce has rapidly accelerated the exchange of funds and goods among different countries in the world. E-commerce has been integrated into all areas of the world, which greatly affects the work and life of human beings. Under the background of economic globalization, the proportion of international trade is increasing. The characteristic of the electronic commerce itself is no geographical and time limit, which brings the international market trade an unparalleled convenience. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the study of domestic e-commerce, and describes the origin, development and current situation of the development of electronic commerce in China. Then this paper takes Alibaba as an example and analyzes its international layout and strategic direction. Through its concrete development process, it shows many problems in domestic electronic commerce. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of customers, payment system, credit mechanism and logistics.
