Performance and Optimisation of an Airblast Nozzle: Drop-Size Distribution and Volumetric Air Flow
暂无分享,去创建一个
Detailed experimental studies of airblast atomisation with its governing processes were conducted by utilizing various atomisers. In considering practical design principles, it is shown, that air consumption and drop size distribution depend on various parameters such as geometry, air swirl and acceleration. The film's inlet position and the diameter of the atomisation edge are of secondary importance. In contrast to other studies it is found, that the film thickness has only an indirect effect on the quality of atomisation, due to its roughness effects.
