Social cognitive optimization for fractional programs

Fractional planning to conduct a study on the issue,due to such issues as fractional objective function,the traditional gradient algorithm to solve this kind of problem is very difficult.A new intelligent optimization algorithm— — Social cognitive optimization,is used to achieve the optimal result for the fractional programs.The algorithm is based on social cognitive theory,through a series of learning agents to simulate human social and intelligent thereby completing the optimization of the target.The objective function of the algorithm does not require analytical nature,are easy to achieve,efficient and universal application.The numerical results show that the method in solving the problem of fractional programming effectiveness.
