Un análisis de las dimensiones de la gestión ambiental en los servicios hoteleros

Este trabajo analiza el caracter multidimensional de la gestion ambiental de la empresa, y de los hoteles en particular. Realizamos una revision de la literatura y clasificaciones sobre gestion ambiental (tanto generica como especifica de hoteles) para elaborar una escala de medida. Se utilizan 305 cuestionarios postales completos para identificar y confirmar la presencia de dos dimensiones subyacentes: gestion ambiental minima y avanzada. Posteriormente, se evalua su fiabilidad y validez y se discuten los resultados. Palabras clave : Gestion ambiental; hoteles; servicios.
