Complex Network-Based Fault Propagation Modeling for Analog Circuits

To solve the problem of information insufficiency in the analog circuit fault diagnosis, a simulation and modeling method of circuit fault propagation is proposed based on complex network. Taking an international standards circuit under test as an example, we construct a complex network of fault patterns in order to describe fault information propagation behavior and internal fault mechanism. Based on the networks, the small-world and scale-free properties of the analog circuit fault propagation is verified so that we can obtain internal information of circuits for fault diagnosis and testability design.
