The invention provides a well lid intelligent monitoring device. The well lid intelligent monitoring device comprises an OMC server platform, a GSM well lid monitoring host and well lid monitoring detection terminals. The OMC server platform provides a GIS map for displaying geographical location information of each well lid and issues a polling maintenance task order. The GSM well lid monitoring host communicates with the well lid monitoring detection terminals through a 433MHZ ad-hoc network wireless network, receives well lid state information transmitted by the well lid monitoring detection terminals in the ad-hoc network wireless network, and can simultaneously monitor the multiple well lid monitoring detection terminals. When the states of the well lids are abnormal or the well lids are illegally opened, the 433MHZ ad-hoc network wireless network sends warning information to the GSM monitoring host. The well lid intelligent monitoring device has the advantages that multiple sensors are used for comprehensively analyzing the states of the well lids, and the power communication well lids are remotely monitored and managed through the intelligent monitoring system and an intelligent monitoring method.
