The invention relates to a method for adjusting a rotary shaft of a support of a time-control-type double-shaft solar tracking controller. The method comprises the following steps that 1 on the tracking system controller, the astronomical algorithm is used for working out the elevation angle h of the sun and the azimuthal angle a of the sun; 2 on the solar tracking system controller, a D-H representation method is used for establishing a positive motion equation model of the support; 3 a digital model A among the elevation angle theta 2 of the support, the elevation angle of the sun and the installation angle of the rotary shaft of the support is established; a digital model B among the azimuthal angle theta 1 of the support, the elevation angle of the sun, the azimuthal angle of the sun and the installation angle of the rotary shaft of the support is established, and the digital model A and the digital model B are substituted into the step 2 so as to correct and compensate the positive motion equation model of the support. By means of the method for adjusting the rotary shaft of the support of the time-control-type double-shaft solar tracking controller, the normal vector of a module installation face on the support and a sun light vector are made to coincide, and therefore the purpose of high-precision tracking is realized.
