1. Classroom listening to school broadcasts produced by network organizations, radio stations, state universities, and local school systems. 2. Classroom listening to educational records and transcriptions. 3. Classroom or auditorium listening to general broadcasts on the air during school hours, for example, speeches of the President or other public leaders, openings of Congress, symphony concerts, and news broadcasts. 4. The educational use in classrooms of programs broadcast during out-of-school hours.
