Application of the Ultrasonic Flaw Detector Data Acquisition System Based on USB2.0

The development of the ultrasonic flaw detector is discussed in this paper.Based on the deep research of USB2.0 communication protocol,this paper designs the ultrasonic flaw detector data acquisition system,and used EZ-USB FX2 microchips which support USB 2.0 protocol.This paper expounds the software and hardware design scheme in detail,and the developing method of the system.That using USB bus to transfer data blazed a new way in communication between the ultrasonic flaw detector and the computer.
