The Present Situation and Discussion of the Course of Speech Therapy in Rehabilitation Undergraduate Education

In our country, with the continuous development of society, an aging population growing, speech dysfunction caused by various diseases patients continue to increase, speech rehabilitation demand increase gradually, but the speech therapy with less valued in the undergraduate education, the curriculum is not reasonable, lead to speech rehabilitation talent scarcity, unable to meet the needs of contemporary society for speech therapists, so urgent need to strengthen the construction of speech rehabilitation treatment to learn education and teaching mode innovation speech therapy, diversified training speech rehabilitation talents, to effectively play the role of speech therapy in rehabilitation program. Based on the characteristics of speech therapy, this paper discussed and summarized the current situation and existing problems of speech therapy in China from the aspects of the subject status, teaching methods and training of professional talents, put forward a new idea of improving speech therapy education, and trained speech therapy talents to meet the needs of society.
