Apparatus and method for visualizing visual discomfort of steroscopic image and video

PURPOSE: A device for visualizing eye fatigue of a stereoscopic image and a video and a method thereof are provided to visualize an area which causes eye inconvenience or the eye fatigue through image analysis for the stereoscopic image and the video, thereby generating a 3D video which minimizes the eye fatigue. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(200) receives a photographed stereoscopic image or a photographed video. An eye inconvenience visualizer(100) estimates the area and a degree by analyzing the stereoscopic image or the photographed video. After an eye inconvenience map is generated, the eye inconvenience visualizer displays the eye inconvenience map through a monitoring unit(130).
