Ensemble Modeling of Kinematic Open Channel Flow Under Uncertain Channel Properties

Nonlocal Lagrangian-Eulerian Fokker-Planck Equation of the kinematic open channel flow process under uncertain channel properties is developed utilizing the method of characteristics. Monte Carlo simulations showed that the developed Fokker-Planck equation is capable of modeling ensemble behavior of the kinematic open channel process under uncertain channel properties.
