RESEARCH PROGRESS ON ISOLATION AND PURIFICATION OF NATURAL PHYTOSTEROLS

Natural phytosterols have many important functions.They are widely used in many fields,such as pharmaceuticals,foods and cosmetics.With the increasing demand in these industries,researchers have been paying attention to how to prepare high purity natural phytosterols.This paper reviews the recent domestic and foreign research progress on separation and purification of natural phytosterols.
