PGR Diversity and Economic Utilization of Orchids

Orchidaceae is one of the most ecologically and morphologically diverse families of flowering plants. It is the second largest family of flowering plants in the world, comprising of nearly 800 genera and 22,500 species (Mabberley, 2008; Meitei, 2019; Singh, 2019). Orchids are one such group of plants which grow in a variety of habitats throughout the globe, but they are very sensitive to habitat change.
