Database design and implementation based on postal enterprise CRM

Postal enterprises analysis customer behaviors through the data which are the customer basic information and transaction records in the various business branches. Generally the data are closely related to business development and very large and closely linked with each other. Therefore how to save these data is very important for the postal enterprise CRM system, and which requires a well-designed database system. Firstly, through the system requirements analysis and combined the characters of postal enterprises CRM system, we design a conceptual model and logical model of the database system relying on traditional database design methods and processes. Secondly we implement the function of database backup and recovery by software. Finally, we point out the lack of database design.
