Improvement Maintenance Work Through Adopting A Maintenance Culture: Focused The Determinant Factor Which Influence Maintenance Culture

Maintenance is seen as an unimportant activity in most developing countries thus, it is not given high priority due to insufficient/ minimal knowledge about the concept. By enhance the perception on maintenance work need adopt the culture approach in maintenance field. Maintenance culture is an important aspect in developing and encouraging people behavior and work commitment toward maintenance work. Regarding to this, maintenance culture should been comprehensively studied through examining and indentifying the determinant factors which influence maintenance culture. Therefore, for achieve this purpose the authors was conducting study to indentify and propose determinant factors influencing maintenance culture base on review of previous research in other culture area. The findings therefore will help to understand the impact of reliability maintenance culture toward maintenance work improvement. .
