Performance Research of Cartridge Valve Controlled by High-speed On/Off Valve

The mathematical model was established on the basis of the principle expatiation of cartridge valve controlled by high-speed on/off valve,and its simulation model was created in AMESim software.By analysing the curve charts of spool displacement and outlet flow of cartridge valve,the PWM signal frequency and duty cycle influencing on the controlling performance of cartridge valve controlled by high-speed on/off valve were concluded.The analysis results show that the cartridge valve can get good linear control with the high-speed On/Off valve at leading,when the input signal is low-frequency and moderate duty cycle.
