The system comprises a mobile client, a charging device and a centralized billing service platform, wherein the charging device is connected with the centralized billing service platform. On the basis of the operation of the mobile client, the system is convenient and rapid, the problems of separated billing of a single device and incapability of distributed centralized billing can be solved, the manufacturing difficulty of the charging device is further simplified, the manufacturing cost of the charging device is further reduced, and the operation cost can be substantially reduced in large-scale deployment.
