Design and Realization of Valve Core Micro-Displacement Detection System Based on Machine Vision for Solenoid Valve

I289 order to detect whether the micro-displacement of the valve core after the car solenoid valve is pressurized conforms to the industry standard, the following micro-displacement detection system is designed. PC and micro camera are used to build the detection system, and the real-time detection of the micro displacement of the target car solenoid valve is carried out. The displacement detection method based on image displacement is adopted to keep the calibration process consistent with the imaging equipment in the process of real valve core distance measurement. The calibration coefficient is obtained by using the feature line detection method;applying different voltages, the valve core of the electromagnetic valve will move the position of different situations, using feature matching method to extract the edge of the spool displacement surface information, the contour extraction and target detection feature line, calculate the displacement in the image; then combined with the displacement calibration coefficient to the actual valve, finally calculated the micro displacement of valve core. In this paper, the design of micro-displacement detection platform based on machine vision technology is realized, the denoising method and the distance measurement algorithm which are suitable for the acquisition of microscopic images are selected. The obtained system measurement accuracy is 4.3667um / pixel, far less than valve core displacement limit value 3mm. So the detection system is effective.
