Centralized scheduler nodes receive user feedback or measure information corresponding to multiple user devices respectively, wherein the multiple user devices perform the multiplexing through the CoMP-MU mode while meeting the conditions, and the multiple user devices are from the determined CoMP transmission point cell; according to the user feedback or measure information, the centralized scheduling information of the multiple user devices are determined through the combined scheduling; and after the centralized scheduling, and according to the preset signaling format, the centralized scheduling information is distributed to each independent section scheduler of sections corresponding to the multiple user devices respectively. No matter whether the cooperation sets of the respective corresponding actual CoMP data transmission are the same, the method and device are capable of effectively performing the multiplexing of MU, effectively improving the resource utilization rate and improving the whole throughput rate of the system.
