차세대고속열차 진단제어시스템 통신 및 신호점검에 대한 연구

The TDCS(Train Diagnosis and Control System) of HEMU-430x is composed of CCU, VCU, DU etc. By performing MVB/WTB communication with each device, it offer control, monitoring, maintenance and display function about devices. The TDCS is required periodic check to provide stable and reliable operation. Previously, the communication was checked by removing CCU and VCU or connecting jumper on the board. In this study, the communication and I/O jig was developed to proceed inspection without removing CCU and VCU. If using the communication and I/O jig, inspection is proceeded under the same condition such as operating environment. Therefore, errors that may actual occur can be prevented and inspection time can also be shortened. Through this is expected to contribute to improving stability and reliability of TDCS.
