Multilevel threshold multi-secret sharing scheme based on LUC public key encryption

A multilevel threshold multi-secret sharing scheme based on LUC public key encryption is proposed in this paper, in which the private keys of participants can be used as their sub-keys directly, and the distribution and transmission of sub-keys can be completed without secure channels. To avoid the deception of participants, sub-key shadows can be verified by other participants or the dealer in recovering phase. What's more, the dealer is only required to update the notice board when a new participant join the system or new secrets are to be shared, and all the original participants need not to update their sub-keys, so that the expenditures of system and maintenance cost are reduced.
