Parameter optimization of stamping process for bucket based on orthogonal experiment

Wrinkle and tension crack may occur in the stamping process of bucket, a curved surface part.In order to solve it,elastic-plastic finite element method and Dynaform simulation analysis were used to make simulation and orthogonal experimental optimization on the forming process and five main influencing parameters.An optimal parameter combination was obtained and then verified by experiment.It shows that the two results agree well.
