Diferentes olhares sobre as praticas pedagogicas no ensino superior: a docencia e sua formacao

O texto faz uma reflexao sobre as praticas pedagogicas presentes na educacao superior e a relacao que mantem com a docencia, compreendidas nas suas condicoes de producao, bem como de formacao. Analisa o impacto das politicas publicas, em especial as de cunho neoliberal, na configuracao das praticas academi-cas. Discute questoes relacionadas com a profissionalidade dos docentes da educacao superior imbricadas na tensao entre regulacao e emancipacao. Defende a importância da pesquisa como alternativa para o dialogo epistemologico na area a e criacao de redes investigativas como possibilidade de consolidacao de processos partilhados de producao de conhecimento. ABSTRACT – This text carries out a reflection about pedagogical practices present in higher education, as well as the relationship it maintains with teaching, understood in their conditions of production, as well as their formation. It analyzes the impact of public policies, especially those of neoliberal kind, in the configuration of academic practices. It discusses questions related to the professionality of the teachers of higher education implicated in the tension between regulation and emancipation. It defends the importance of research as an alternative to the epistemological dialogue in the area, and the creation of investigative nets as a possibility of consolidation of shared processes of production of knowledge.
