退耕还林（草）工程对农户生活的影响－以皇甫川流域为例

Based on the rural household survey, the effects of Grain for Green Project on rural household's life in Huangfuchuan watershed was studied with the approach of analyzing changes of living standard, education level, life attitude of the rural household and the rural society. The result showed: during these years when the project has been fully conducted in the watershed, the living standard of the rural household was improved, the education level was increased, while the attitude of the households toward there life turned to be negative, and there was an accelerating on the ageing process and an increasing on the incoming gap. In order to reduce the effect that these changes have back on the project it-self, ensuring the smooth operating of the project, several suggestions on subsidy policy and infrastructure construction were promoted.
