Head-machine first water pump behavior full-group start test method for pump storage plant

The invention discloses an initial whole-unit start-up test method of a first unit of a pumped storage station in a water pump operating condition. The test method sequentially comprises a unit water pump operating condition test, a unit power generation operating condition no-load test, a unit power generation operating condition load test, an operating condition conversion test and an emergency shutdown test. The unit water pump operating condition test comprises the following steps: a. the water pump operating condition no-load test: the unit is started by a static frequency converter and is connected with an power grid for operation in a gate closure state and impellers are in air; b. the water pump operating condition pumping test: when the pumping operating condition is stable, a synthetic curve of hydraulic turbine/pump is drawn; and c. the water pump operating condition shutdown test: the unit operates at rated load, stops by simulating a mechanical breakdown and a breakdown caused by that electrical protection action trips off a circuit breaker, corrects gate closure rules, and optimizes procedure parameters. The initial first-unit water pump operating condition startup proposal is used, which is beneficial to saving construction cost, can advance power generation of the first-unit, and provides good social and economic benefits.
