PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for further suppressing power consumption in a technology for observing the state of an object.SOLUTION: An MPU connected to an external sensor includes: an interface part 33 for acquiring detection information 10 acquired from an external device; and a DSP(Digital Signal Processor) 30 for estimating the state of an object on the basis of the detection information 10 acquired by the interface part 33, and for generating state information 11. Also, the DSP 30 includes: an arithmetic logical unit 304 corresponding to an SIMD (Single Instruction Multiple Data) type arithmetic operation including a signal precision floating point arithmetic unit 305 for processing a plurality of information with one instruction. Then, the interface part 33 outputs the state information 11 generated by the DSP 30 to an external main processor.
