Evaluation method of emergency support capacity of urban important power supply units

It is of great significance to build the power emergency management platform, establish and improve the evaluation mechanism of power emergency support capacity. Based on the actual situation of emergency support, how to evaluate the emergency support ability of important power supply units in the city, so as to improve the emergency handling ability of urban power system, and then reduce the losses of power outage as much as possible. The current research direction of electric power emergency support capability is mainly the construction of emergency index system and emergency platform, but the specific evaluation methods for the emergency support capability of important urban units are not involved. In this paper, the existing emergency means are analyzed, and the evaluation indexes of emergency support capability of important power supply units are proposed. Considering the different losses of important power supply categories, the evaluation model of emergency support capability is established with the sum of total user loss costs as the goal. Finally, IEEE33 node system is used as an example to verify the effectiveness of model.
