The τ decay library TAUOLA, update with exact (α) QED corrections in τ → μ(e) vv decay modes

A new algorithm for the generation of the complete O(α) QED corrections for τ decays into leptons is presented. It provides an update to the τ decay library TAUOLA and can be easily combined with this library and any other bigger packages like KORALB or KORALZ which contain TAUOLA.
