Study on Numerical Simulation of Heat Treatment Process for Heavy Forgings

By analyzing the heat transfer process,a temperature distribution model for heavy forging was established.The change regularity of temperature field in the heavy forging was simulated,and the simulated results and the tested results were contrasted and analyzed.In the end,quenching and tempering of an electromotor rolator made of 26Cr2Ni4MoV steel were simulated,It is showed that the numerical simulation of heat treatment processes is precise and advanced,and provides the basis for further study on structure transformation and stress-strain in the heavy forgings.
