Applying ISM to Explore the Mutual Relationship among Cultural Elements of Product

It becomes crucial to adapt to the culture for design. The paper applied the ISM model to explore the mutual relationship among cultural elements of product and found that the cultural elements of product have influence on each other in the outer tangible level, mid behavioral level and inner intangible level. What's more, the result illustrated that the designer should firstly consider the effective combination of cultural function in modern product design.
