Design of BLDCM Position Servo Controller Based on DSP

This paper presents a method of designing the position servo controller of BLDCM using DSP as the CPU.In this design, three loops of position, speed and current PID control strategy is adopted, among which the position loop employs the nonlinear PID control.Considering the specificities of the system and loads, the traditional bipolar PWM control is improved in order to increase the sensitivity of the system.Moreover, the controller communicates with the computer through a special chip.Therefore, the digital transmission between the controller and external is realized.Finally, the rationality and validity of the design is verified by the experimental results.
