Case Teaching: An Effective Method in Chinese Language Teaching Methodology in Teachers' Colleges

The current Chinese language teaching methodology in teachers' colleges emphasizes theory,instruction and outer shape but underestimates practice,introspection and inner experience.Case teaching can build a bridge between educational theory and educational practice,stimulate students' inner study motivation and enduring interest,train their ability to analyze problems and reflect teaching,and form new teacher-student relationship.Therefore,case teaching is an effective method in Chinese language teaching methodology in teachers' colleges.The following should be concerned in case teaching: combine practice when choosing a case,keep the thinking deliberate and flexible,make students as the mainstay,teach in small classes in a gradual and orderly approach,and keep studying to improve quality.
