Occupants' assessments of indoor environments: Questionnaire and rating score method
暂无分享,去创建一个
This Technical Note briefly outlines a questionnaire that can be used to assess both occupants' liking of their indoor environment and also the importance to them of the relevant factors that they are questioned about. Both liking and importance are measured on seven-point scales. From these scales an overall rating for the indoor environment of a building can be calculated. A normalised rating can be produced between +100 and -100, the positive scale increasing with liking and importance and the negative scale showing disliking and unimportance. The questionnaire demonstrated relates to offices, but it can be modified for other buildings and the scoring system retained. This 'liking' score may be a useful indicator of occupants' perceptions of a building, especially of its indoor environment. Other questions are included in the questionnaire for supplementary information, but are not included in the scoring.
