The invention discloses a mobile electric-shock-preventing safe and energy-saving socket, which comprises a piezoresistor, a coil, an integrated chip IC, a bridge rectifier, a diode, a relay, a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor, a fourth resistor, a fifth resistor, a sixth resistor, a seventh resistor, an eighth resistor, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a third capacitor, a fourth capacitor, a fifth capacitor, a sixth capacitor, a seventh capacitor, a first diode, a second diode, a third diode, a core equipment power socket and at least one auxiliary equipment power sockets. The mobile electric-shock-preventing safe and energy-saving socket judges standby state of a load of a main control circuit by utilizing a detection circuit of the main control circuit, if the detected value is smaller than a preset comparison value, then cuts off power supply of an auxiliary control circuit, and stops power supply of electricity utilization equipment of the auxiliary control circuit. An auxiliary machine correspondingly cuts of power supply when a host is shut down, and the power supply of the auxiliary machine is correspondingly and automatically switched on when the host is startup, thereby saving power consumption generated by standby of the auxiliary machine.
