Teaching and Learning in higher learning institutions is experiencing a new paradigm shift from pure face to face learning into on line interactive learning. With the advancement in technology and web-based environments, educators are more focusing into integrating technology into their classroom teaching. This paper aims at integrating on-line collaborative learning techniques into classroom learning for a diploma level course. With the aid of on-line collaborative learning techniques, learners are more enthusiastic and showing positive attitudes towards learning and more specifically peer learning process. This tool also gives learners an opportunity to cultivate blended learning skills among higher learning students. This is done through collaborative sharing of ideas and on line role play methods which are part of teaching pedagogy.
