Software Reuse: Nemesis or Nirvana? (Panel)

Context As we reach the end of the millennium, the concept of software reuse and the practice of software engineering has existed for almost thirty years. Both concepts were introduced into the literature in the late sixties. To set the context for this panel, Nirvana is taken to mean a state of great happiness, while Nemesis is understood to be a state of great frustration. The panelists will share their experiences and perspectives with the audience in a dialogue initiated by the following questions and positions:
