The analysis of lightning intruding wave overvoltage along 330kV transmission line in 750kV Yinchuandong substation

Calculates and analyzes the lightning intruding wave overvoltage protection along 330kV transmission line in 750kV Yinchuandong substation by numerical simulation with PSCAD/EMTDC.Considering some factors,including the different operation mode and lightning strike location,also calculates and analyzes the infection of the impulse grounding resistance of transmission tower,the lightning arresters arranging and parameter for protection effect.The calculated results indicate the scheme of lightning protection in this project is reasonable.
