Aiming at the problem of current wireless sensor network self-positioning algorithm is difficult to be rid of a large number of static beacon nodes,by using the self-organizing feature of Ad-hoc,a dynamic wireless sensor network self-positioning algorithm is proposed, the algorithm based on clustering, and only considers cluster node as moving beacons.Through the method of dynamic mixed-location,the positioning accuracy of the blind node is improved effectively. At the same time,a dynamic target location monitoring system based on ArcGIS Engine is designed and implemented.By using of GIS-assisted combines relative positioning with absolute positioning based on map environment for improving positioning accuracy further.MATLAB simulation and system example demonstrated the real-time and effectiveness of the algorithm and the feasibility of the system.
